PRICE
1.Prices displayed on the Seller’s Website are inclusive of shipping, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but accepted orders remain unaffected.
2.Bank charges related to any order are the Buyer’s responsibility.
3.Discount codes, if applicable, must be entered during checkout. Only one code per order is accepted, and terms may vary. Unauthorized use may result in order cancellation.
PAYMENT
1.Payment methods are specified on the Seller’s Website.
2.Unless credit is extended, payment is due when placing an order. Goods are released upon full payment.
3.Credit terms require full payment by the due date. Failure to pay attracts interest, fees, and potential suspension of further deliveries.
4.Rejected or canceled orders may be refunded to the original payment account.
- DELIVERY
1.Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. Incorrect addresses are the Buyer’s responsibility.
2.Shipment information is emailed upon dispatch, and delivery is considered complete upon arrival at the nominated address.
3.Property and risk transfer upon delivery to the carrier. Failure to accept delivery incurs additional charges.
4.Delivery times are approximate, not of the essence of the Contract.
5.Goods may be delivered in instalments.
