LIFETIME WARRANTY

TAVELO XIAMEN SPORTS CO., LTD stands behind the quality of our products, and we are pleased to offer a global lifetime warranty program for all TAVELO framesets (frame, forks, seatpost, and other parts provided with the frame at the time of purchase) along with associated parts. This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase and is an expression of our commitment to delivering high-quality cycling experiences.

Warranty Coverage:

TAVELO warrants that your frameset, including frame, fork, seatpost, and other supplied parts, is free from any manufacturing defects. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be assigned. The coverage period starts from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:
This warranty is applicable only to TAVELO products purchased directly from our official website or authorized dealers and distributors.
Consumable parts/accessories such as hangers, cable stops, seat clamps, saddle clamps, etc., are not covered under this warranty.
The paint and decals on TAVELO frames, forks, seatposts, and other branded parts/accessories are covered for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase.
Damage incurred while using the frameset on a stationary trainer is excluded from this warranty.
Damages resulting from abuse, misuse, improper assembly, rental, insufficient maintenance, accidents, impacts, corrosion, aggressive cleaners, use with non-compatible components, improper repairs, and normal wear and tear are not covered.
TAVELO reserves the right to replace defective frames, forks, and/or seatposts with the closest available match or a relevant successor model at our discretion. Replacement does not extend or initialize a new warranty period.
The cost of labor, materials, and replacing other non-TAVELO branded parts affected by a manufacturing defect is not covered under this warranty.
Your TAVELO frames, handlebars, and associated parts are designed to meet EN ISO 4210:2014 standards. Misuse, such as carrying additional passengers, children, loads, luggage, or attaching parts not designed for the frame, will void the warranty.


Return and Inspection Policy:

To avoid fraudulent claims, we implement a policy where the purchaser pays for the return for inspection. If the claim is approved, we cover the repaired/replaced parts' shipping cost and reimburse your shipping expenses. If rejected, we return the frame part at our cost.

Limitation of Liability:
Our warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied. TAVELO is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, or exemplary damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so the limitations may not apply to specific customers.

Claim Process:
All warranty claims must be submitted directly to TAVELO via email to [email protected] and must include the following:

  • Copy of the original receipt with purchaser’s name, purchase date, and serial number.
  • Photograph clearly showing the serial number under the bottom bracket.
  • 3-4 photographs highlighting the defective area.
  • Photo of the whole bike from the left and right sides.
  • We aim for a quick resolution, and providing the requested information with high-resolution photos ensures a swift process.
